Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in need of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Conduct targeted outreach through calls, emails, and networking to generate new business leads.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and tailoring our solutions to add value.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop proposals and presentations that showcase the benefits of Xelerate’s offerings.
  • Track and manage sales pipelines, setting clear goals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in regular strategy sessions to refine outreach tactics and share insights into market trends and opportunities.

Customer Service Executive


Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads via outbound calls to schedule medical and insurance-related appointments.
  • Uphold the required communication standards to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Accurately log all call activities, ensuring detailed record keeping.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve, and ideally exceed, targeted goals.

Shifts Available:

  • Morning Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 11 AM to 8 PM

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 1-year worth of experience in the customer service/contact centre industry.

Experience in outbound telemarketing/sales is preferred.

Fluent in English (Mandatory), bilingual in Mandarin too (Preferred).

A knack for persuasive communication.

Swift typing speed & skills.

A proactive attitude in a dynamic environment.

Proven track record (or keen interest) in smashing sales or performance targets.

The ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly.
